Thin waffles with toppings

This is my kids favorite breakfast. It takes a while to make but so worth it.

First you will need a waffle maker, and not the one for Belgium waffles. I have Rival waffle maker  for about 5 years now and never had any problems with it. But if you search on Amazon you can find more of the same type.
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar or less
1 cup of sour cream
1 1/2 cup of flour
1 table spoon of baking powder
salt
vanilla extract

Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract and last flour. Mix it all very well, so you won't have any clumps.
Warm up your waffle maker and pour some in. Takes about 30-50 seconds per waffle.
And our favorite toppings
- whipped cream with strawberries
dulce de leche
- Nutella spread
- egg whites beaten with sugar
- honey
