Ingredients
2 lb of small potatoes
olive oil
salt
black pepper
rosemary
garlic
balsamic vinegar is optional
Preheat oven to 400F
Cut your potatoes in half or quarters. In a large mixing bowl mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Then add potatoes and toss it around until well mixed and all of the potatoes are coated. Lay the potatoes on a baking dish in 1 layer.
Roast in the oven for about an hour or until nice and brown. During this hour flip the potatoes 1-2 times.
